How can I determine the best size for me?
All of the shirts we offer have a size guide and are unisex.
They should fit as expected.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free Standard Shipping with all of our orders. Once an order is shipped you should receive it between 3-5 days.
How do I track my order?
Upon receiving your order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Once your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with tracking information.
What are your policies regarding returns or refunds?
JD10 is a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only when you place your order. This also means we are not able to return or exchange an item
because the wrong size, color or design was ordered. However, in case of a manufacturing error we offer a free replacement if you contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
